Service description
Operivora provides consulting, design, implementation, and managed operations for AI-enabled business workflows. The precise scope of each engagement is defined in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
Engagement and access
You are responsible for providing timely, authorized access to the systems, information, and personnel required for an agreed engagement. Both parties will comply with the terms established in the relevant agreement.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of data supplied to and processed through your system. Unless expressly agreed, we do not use customer data to train models for other customers.
Responsible operation
AI systems can produce uncertain or incorrect outputs. Appropriate review, oversight, and final accountability remain essential, particularly for sensitive or consequential decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Operivora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
